Autumn D. Ronk, 74, a lifetime area resident, died of natural causes at her residence, 2403 N. Michigan Rd., Plymouth, at 11:45 p.m., Saturday, August 26, 2000.
Autumn was born on Oct. 17, 1925, the daughter of Richard Dove in Oden, Indiana. She attended schools in Elnora and Oden.
She was first married in 1940 to James A. Reed who died in October 1975. On October 20, 1980, in Plymouth, Autumn married Ernest L. Ronk.
A homemaker, she raised seven children.
She liked to sew. When she was younger she enjoyed growing vegetables and flowers.
Autumn is survived by her husband, Ernest, of Plymouth and by two sons and three daughters. Her sons are Jerry Reed, Walkerton and Jack and Cecilia Reed of Lynnville, Tenn. Her daughters are Donna Brown, South Bend: Patricia Reed, Elkhart and Tanya and Phil Harmacinski, South Bend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband and two sons, James Reed and James Alfred Reed.
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, August 29, 2000, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Graveside funeral services in New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth, will follow visitation on Tuesday and will be conducted by the Rev. Charles Krieg, pastor of the Pretty Lake Trinity United Methodist Church.
