Betty J. Paledino, 86, resident of Plymouth since 1977, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center – Plymouth Campus.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 27, 1931, Betty was the daughter of Herbert N. and Elna A. (Carlson) Johnson.
Betty graduated in 1949 from Chicago High School.
On June 17, 1950, Betty married Frank J. Paledino; he preceded her in death on October 12, 2004.
Betty was a homemaker. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, and the Ladies of the Moose. Betty loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; she especially enjoyed playing with her great-granddaughter, Mackenzie.
Surviving is a daughter; Laura J. (Marshall) Olsen of Plymouth, two grandchildren; Matthew B. (Jennifer) Olsen and Amy M. Olsen, two great-grandchildren; Austin B. Olsen and Mackenzie E. Dohner. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, and a brother; Roy H. Johnson.
There will be no visitation and no services.
Burial will be in the New Oak Hill Cemetery.
