Brenda Gay Johnson, 70, of Bourbon, Indiana passed away Saturday evening at the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka after a lengthy illness.
Brenda was born on March 6, 1951 to Floyd and Eva (Greenwald) Ratliff in Muncie, Indiana.
She graduated from Muncie Schools.
Brenda married John Johnson and he preceded her in death on May 18, 2006.
She was a long-time member of the United Pentecostal Church of Bourbon.
Survivors include sons: Gary (Jessica) Johnson and Erick Wayne Johnson both of Bourbon, Grandchildren: Grant, Chelsea, Ethan, and Luke all of Bourbon, and Great Grandchild: Eshae Johnson. She is survived also by her brother: Artie Ratliff of Muncie, Indiana.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents: Floyd and Eva Ratliff and her husband John.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
