Bruce R. Scott, 57, of Las Vegas, formerly of Plymouth, triumphed over cancer and went home to his God and to be with his parents, Ed and Barbara, and his in-laws, Irene and Joe Campeau, on Friday, November 23, at 2:51 p.m. Bruce remains in spirit with Susie, his wife of 26 years, and his children, Ashley and Brett.
Bruce was born in Montague City, Massachusetts, on December 5, 1949. He graduated from Plymouth (Indiana) High School in 1968 and worked for Air Canada, PSA and U.S. Air/U.S. Airways in Chicago, LA, Las Vegas and South Bend, Indiana.
Smiles, grins and good feelings are left in Bruce’s path. All he met remember that he lived by the philosophies that “If we couldn’t laugh, we would all go insane.” And he allowed all of us to smile. He filled our lives with his love of photography and music – especially the Sorry Brothers Band.
His sister, Teddy, brothers Bob, Tim, Jim and Phil, along with all of his friends and extended family joined with Susie, Ashley and Brett to remember him and celebrate his gifts to their lives in a funeral Mass at St. Viator on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, at 11 a.m. God Bless him.
