Carolyn M. Manuwal, 76, of Plymouth, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center – Plymouth campus.
Carolyn was born May 23, 1939 in Plymouth, to the late Harry L. and Jean (Warner) Kamp.
She graduated from West High School in 1957.
On June 15, 1957 in Plymouth, she married Dale A. Manuwal; and he survives.
Carolyn and Dale owned and operated Manuwal Saw Mill since 1979. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, doing puzzles, and watching westerns.
She is survived by her husband; Dale A. Manuwal, children; Timothy (Janet) Manuwal, Elizabeth (Joseph) Bottorff, Barb (Garry) Hartman, Vicki Manuwal, all of Plymouth. Also surviving are her nine grandchildren; Thad (Amanda) Manuwal, Jaymie (Randall) Dickson, Bellinda Bottorff, Lillian Bottorff, Francis Bottorff, Nichole Hartman, David Hartman, Kelsey Hartman, Sydney Manuwal, seven great-grandchildren and siblings; Dale (Sharon), Pat (Ernest), Deb (Mike), Margaret and Linda.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son; James L. Manuwal, two grandsons; Devin Manuwal, Myles Manuwal, one sibling; Kenny.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 4, 2016 in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 North Michigan Street, with Pastor Charles Krieg officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the funeral home.
