D.D.S. Paul D. Cleeter

D.D.S. Paul D. Cleeter, 94, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Miller’s Merry Manor Assisted Living.

He was born on February 26, 1930, in Fairview, Indiana to Ralph and Hazel (Works) Cleeter. Paul was a graduate of Rising Sun High School and Indiana University Dental School in Bloomington. He was also a proud Air Force veteran.

On August 22, 1952, he married Betty, and they shared 72 wonderful years. Paul practiced dentistry in Charlestown for most of his life before relocating to Plymouth. Throughout his life he was a member of many civic and professional organizations.

He is survived by his wife Betty, daughter Suzanne (John) Lawson, son Steven (Barbara) Cleeter, 5-grandchildren, 6-great-grandchildren and sister Sondra Rose.

Per the wishes of the family, there will be no formal services. The burial will take place in Charlestown, Indiana, at a later date.
