Della E. A. Larson, 83, a Plymouth resident for 10 years, coming from Westmont, Ill., died at 6:50 p.m. of natural causes, on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2001, in the Pilgrim Manor Nursing Center, 222 Parkview St., Plymouth, Ind. She was born the daughter of Bernard and Hannah Wolf Burzloff in Lemont, Ill., on May 10, 1918, and attended a country school in Lemont. She married Ray Larson on Dec. 16, 1974. Della worked at the Hinsdale Laundry in Hinsdale, Ill., for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, putting jigsaw puzzles together, working word search puzzles and playing solitaire. Della is survived by a son, a daughter, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Her son and his wife is Don and Janice Burzloff of Plymouth, and her daughter, Shirley Speice of Illinois. A sister, Lorraine Waite of Lockport, Ill., and a brother, Rudy Burgloff of Joliet, Ill., also survive, together with several nieces and nephews, including Adra Fisher of Plymouth. Della was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roy who died Aug. 2, 1975, two sisters and a brother: Elsie Rungger, Martha Grown and Elmer Burzloff. Visitation with the family will be in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, on Wednesday, January 2, 2002, from 9 to 11 a.m. Funeral services will follow the 11 a.m. visitation in the funeral home . The Rev. Steven Resner, pastor of the Calvary Lutheran Church of which she was a member, will conduct the service. Burial will be in New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth, Ind.
