Dianne Marie Tripodi

December 14, 1947 — July 31, 2005

Dianne Marie Tripodi passed away in Seattle, Washington, on July 31, 2005, at the age of 57, following a four-month battle with metastatic pancreatic cancer.

For the past 32 years, Dianne resided in Plymouth, Indiana, where she was a behavioral healthcare nurse and gave love and care to her family, friends and nine dogs. She enjoyed nature, gardening, flowers and countless cups of coffee. Dianne was compassionate and believed in life’s simpler pleasures, such as sitting long, eating well and laughing often.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lilly J. Anderson and is survived by her father, Birney A. Adams; brothers, Tom and Mark Chasteen; sisters, Dr. Kristina Adams and Cathy Fruits; sons, Jonathan and Matthew Tripodi; husband of nearly two months, Roland E. Leech; aunts, uncles and several nieces, nephews, cousins and those that she counted as family in her heart.

Memorial Services were held in Washington State, a local celebration of her life will be held at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St. Plymouth, on Sat., August 20, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
