Genevieve J. Hundt, 69, an area resident since 1966, living at 1012 Angel St., Plymouth, died of natural causes in the Woodland Manor Nursing Care Center, Elkhart, Ind., at 3:55 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2004.
Genevieve was born in Rensselaer, Ind., on November 19, 1934.
On February 19, 1952, in Valparaiso, Ind., she and Gust E. Hundt were married. Gust died on October 8, 1984.
Genevieve was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and growing plants.
She is survived by three children: a daughter, Ginger L. Hundt of Kenton, Ohio, and two sons, Larry E. Hundt and Kenneth A. and Sylvia Hundt, all of Plymouth, Ind.
Five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive, together with two brothers and two sisters. They are: Charles Armstrong, Tennessee; Bernard Armstrong, Rensselaer; Wilma Miller, Valparaiso and Maude Horton, Kentucky.
Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be in the Graceland Cemetery Chapel, Valparaiso, Ind., on Tuesday, February 10, 2004, from 9 to 10 a.m. C.S.T.
Funeral services for Genevieve will follow visitation at 10 a.m. C.S.T. in the Graceland Cemetery Chapel. The Rev. Charles Krieg, pastor of the Salem United Methodist Church, Bremen, Ind., will officiate.
Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso, Ind.
The Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, is in charge of arrangements.
