James Carl Haag, 57, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Born in Knox, Indiana on January 22, 1962, James was the son of Carl Nathan and Theresa Marie (Young) Haag. He graduated from Plymouth High School with the class of 1980.
A humble and proud U.S. Navy Veteran, James served for our country in Desert Storm and as a fire control technician. He was Honorably Discharged in 1997.
He lived in Norfolk, Virginia and worked as a truck driver. James moved back to Plymouth in 2011.
James enjoyed people and making new friends. He graciously decided to be a donor to help many more people in need.
He is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Judy) Haag of Walkerton and Steven (Nina) Haag of Ft. Wayne; niece, Tina (Matt) Blosser and nephew, Jeremy Haag; and special friend, Pam Lamb.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan Street, Plymouth.
Burial at a later date will be in the Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.
