Jamie Lynn Pancek, 27, of North Center Street, Plymouth, died at 5:05 p.m. on Sunday, January 1, 2006, in Pilgrim Manor Nursing Center, Plymouth, following an illness.
Jamie was born on July 14, 1978 in Knox, IN. She had attended Plymouth Schools.
She had worked at Maax-Midwest in Bremen.
Jamie enjoyed life, singing, making people laugh, and raising her daughter, Jordan.
John and Sue Preston, Jamie’s parents, survive along with her daughter, Jordan Lynn Cobern, a sister, Sharlotte Preston, a brother, Jewell A. Preston and a half-sister, Ashley Pancek of Plymouth. Also surviving are her father, Gary Pancek of Knox, and her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Dorothy Fisher of N. Judson.
Friends will be welcomed by Jamie’s family from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2006, in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Funeral services will be held, following visitation, in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m.. The Rev. Jack Hutchins will officiate.
Burial will be in Round Lake Cemetery, Knox.
Memorial gifts in Jamie’s name may be made to the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
