Jean A. (Holloway) Haag, 78, of Mishawaka and formerly of Plymouth, passed away peacefully early Friday morning, March 4, 2016 in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center – Mishawaka. Jean was born May 2, 1937 in Tyner, to the late Paul Dewey and Margaret S. (Burden) Haag. She graduated from Tyner High School in 1955.
She had worked as a surgical technician for Woodlawn Hospital in Rochester for eighteen years. Jean provided care-giving services in her home to many people in Marshall County and continued this following a move to Elkhart. She is survived by her brother; Paul “Bud” Haag of Plymouth, three sisters; Nancy Bagarus of South Bend, Phyllis Fuchs of South Bend and Jayne Colvin of Plymouth. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Bruce. Family services were held along with burial in the New Oak Hill Cemetery.
