Jean Graham, 67, a Plymouth area resident most of her life, died at 8:55 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2009 in Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.
Jean was born in Stillwell, Indiana on March 1, 1942. She was the daughter of Harry B. and Sylvia F. Brannam Cummins. She had attended Plymouth schools. On January 1, 1961, Jean and Paul E. Graham were married in Plymouth.
A homemaker, she enjoyed raising her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
An avid reader, she also enjoyed putting jigsaw puzzles together and working in her flower garden.
Jean is survived by her husband, Paul, four sons: Randy R. Graham, Terry A. Graham, Robert L. (Marie) Graham and John Paul Graham, all of Plymouth; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Also surviving are three sisters: Clara Winters, Rochester, Ind.; Wanda Heliene, Terre Haute, Ind.; Linda and Glenn Anders of Plymouth, Ind.; and four brothers: Jack (Gloria) Cummins, Bourbon, Ind.; Ray Cummins, Mishawaka, Ind.; Jim and Loraine Cummins, Plymouth, Ind.; and Steve (Carol) Cummins, Etna Green, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Paul Jean Graham.
Visitation with Jean’s family will be on Monday, Oct. 5, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the New Oakhill Cemetery Chapel, Plymouth.
Funeral services will be held following visitation at 12:00 p.m. on Monday at the New Oakhill Chapel.
Burial will be in New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth.
