Kay Frances Fisher, 61, a resident of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away on Friday evening, May 25, 2018 in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center – Mishawaka following a brief cancer related illness.
She was born the daughter of Carl A. and Martha L. (Hively) Sechrist on June 11, 1956 in Warsaw.
A graduate of Mishawaka High School, she was greatly involved in the Art program and has carried that ability throughout her life. She was especially talented etching glass. She has also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Kay had resided in the Palm Harbor, Florida area and had a desire to return there but her illness did not allow.
Surviving are four sisters, Vicki S. Harmon of Warsaw, Cindy L. Spencer of Plymouth, Patty L. Stiles of Culver, LaVonna “Susie†Castelano of Palm Harbor, Florida and a brother, Isaac P. Sechrist of Plymouth.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband James Fisher.
There were no services held at this time.
