Leslie T. Urbanek

Leslie T. Urbanek, 57, of 11217 10th Road, died of natural causes in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth, at 9:50 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002. Leslie, the son of Thaddeus E. and Virginia E. Simon Urbanek, was born in Chicago, Ill., on May 1, 1945. He graduated from St. Francis DeSales High School in Chicago, Ill. Never married, Leslie enjoyed following politics, working on cars and collecting stamps. He was a member of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Plymouth. Surviving his death are three sisters: Luane V. and Joe Williams, Copper Canyon, Texas; Lorelee A. and Jim Boyd, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.; and Lynette C. Noell, Peace Corp., Armenia. Several nieces and nephews also survive his death. Leslie was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday August 13, 2002 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Plymouth, with Father William Kummer officiating. Memorial gifts in Leslie’s memory may be made to St. Joseph’s Health Center, Plymouth.
