Madison Rae Stacy was stillborn at 9:44 p.m. in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth, on Tuesday, February 13, 2001.
She was the daughter of Stephen and Leah Melton Stacy, 320 S. Michigan St., LaPaz, IN.
Madison Rae is survived by her parents and two sisters, Savannah Lynn and Megan Lee Stacy.
Her maternal grandmother, Gloria Jean and William Babendrager of Plymouth and her maternal grandfather, Lee Melton of Wellington, Kentucky and her maternal great-grandmother, Marjorie Platz, of Plymouth also survive together with Selena and Steve Waldo, paternal grandmother of Buchanan, Michigan and Wayne Stacy, paternal grandfather of LaPaz, and Beverly Mattern, paternal great-grandmother, South Bend.
Madison Rae was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Loren Platz, her paternal great-grandfather, Joe Mattern and her paternal great-grandparents, Earl and Myrtle Stacy.
Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, February 17, 2001, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
The Rev. Charles Krieg, pastor of the Pretty Lake Trinity United Methodist Church, will officiate at a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home on Saturday, February 17, 2001, following visitation.
Burial will be in Fair Cemetery, North Liberty, Ind.
Memorial gifts may be made in Madison Rae’s name to a charity of the donor’s choice.
