Mary Ruth Snyder, 85, died of natural causes at 3:25 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005, in Miller’s Merry Manor, 600 Oakhill Ave., Plymouth, Ind.
Mary Ruth was born in Argos, Ind., on February 6, 1920. She was the daughter of Henry Ellsworth and Verna M. Clevenger Snyder.
She graduated in 1938 from Argos High School.
Mary Ruth had many interests. She loved to sew and bake and grew her own vegetables and flowers. She was a seamstress and enjoyed animals of all kinds.
She is survived by several cousins.
Mary Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and by two sisters, Vera and Marjorie Snyder.
Friends may come to pay their last respects to Mary Ruth on Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, from noon to 2 p.m.
at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Funeral services for Mary Ruth will follow at 2 p.m. on Monday in the Funeral Home. The Rev. Mark Fishburn, pastor of the Argos Bible Church., will officiate.
Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Ind.
Memorial gifts in Mary Ruth’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the Argos Bible Church where she was a member.
