Pamela Sue Dietl, a lifetime resident of Marshall County, died, following a long illness, at 9:22 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2005.
Pam died at her residence, 14526 W. 14th B Road, Plymouth, under the loving care of her family and the Marshall County Hospice. She was 53 years old.
Born on June 28, 1952, Pam was the daughter of Cleto and Mary Louise Middaugh Wagoner. She attended Argos schools.
Pam and John W. Dietl were married on June 19, 1970 in Plymouth.
For 25 years, she worked for Hehr International.
She was a homemaker. She loved to cross stitch. She collected Longeberger baskets and Precious Moments ceramic figurines. An animal lover, she adored her dogs.
Pam is survived by her husband, John W., and by their son and daughter-in-law, John “Dave” and Tera Dietl, all of Plymouth.
Two grandsons, Zachary and Drew Dietl, Plymouth, also survive her death.
Her mother, Mary Louise Wagoner, Argos, and her sister-and brother-in-law, Faith and Greg Cope, Bremen, together with three nieces and two nephews, survive as well.
Pam was preceded in death by her father.
Friends will be welcomed by her family on Friday, July 22, 2005, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
Funeral services, officiated by the Rev. Duane Beals, pastor of the Bremen Bible Church, will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, July 23, 2005, at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in New Oakhill Cemetery, Plymouth.
Memorial gifts in Pam’s memory may be made to the Marshall County Hospice.
