Pauline Rose Mulqueeney, 92, died of natural causes in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth, at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2008.
Born in Cambridge, MA on July 29, 1915, Pauline was the daughter of John Patrick and Margaret Therese Riordan Mulqueeney.
She was graduated from the Cambridge, MA school system and the University of Lowell. She was an elementary school teacher for over 30 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by three nieces and five nephews. They are Lenore Munroe, Paula (Ron) Babcock and Mary (Vern) Spoor, all of Plymouth. Charles (Karen) Munroe, Concord, NH: John (Nancy) Munroe, Littleton, Mass.; James (Cheryl) Munroe, Mt. Gilead, Ohio: John (Diane Lee) Bowman, Woonsocket, R.I.: James (Betsy) Bowman, Barrington, RI.
Fourteen great-nieces and nephews and three great-great nieces and nephews also survive.
Pauline was preceded in death by three sisters: Margaret Mulqueeney, Lenore Bowman and Alice Munroe and one niece: Margaret Bowman.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St Michael’s Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in Massachusetts at a later date.
Memorial gifts in Pauline’s memory may be given to St. Michael’s Playground Fund.
