August 21, 1962 — July 18, 2024

Plymouth

Penny Jean Fisher, 61, passed away unexpectedly at her home on July 18, 2024. Born on August 21, 1962 to Charles and Oma Warner, Penny was a citizen of Marshall County throughout her life.

Penny graduated high school in the Class of 1980 and went on to earn her associate degree from Ancilla College. Working as a caregiver through the years, Penny’s kind and nurturing spirit shone through. In her free time, Penny liked watching the TV Show “Bones” and “Reba.” She reveled in the magic of Harry Potter books and movies. Penny looked forward to Halloween and watching scary movies, but quickly shifted gears to the magic of Christmas when that time of year came around. One of her favorite foods was chocolate and so these holidays brought much joy to Penny.

Penny was fond of various musicians such as REO Speedwagon, Reba, Tom Petty, and Michael Jackson. She also found pleasure in playing video games like Mario and Bugs Bunnie Castle.

Family was the utmost importance to Penny. She cherished the time spent with her children and always looked forward to seeing her grandchildren. One of her favorite memories was taking her grandsons to Indiana Beach. You could often find Penny out on a driving adventure to explore new places or to visit old favorites like the Mayflower.

Penny will be sorely missed by her children, Lucas Warner, Katie (Andrew) Maze, and Megan (Weston) Bowser; grandchildren, Hiram, Wylie, and Boden; brother, Nick Warner; many nieces and nephews; along with her favorite dog, Panzer.

She is preceded by her parents, Charles and Oma, brothers, Robert Warner, Charles Warner Jr., and Chris Warner; and sister, Colleen Warner.

Per Penny’s wishes, there will be no formal services.
