Shawn Wood

Shawn Wood, 58, passed away on August 4, 2024, at home in Plymouth.

Shawn loved riding his motorcycles, spending time outdoors and was an animal lover. He enjoyed collecting classic cars and had the wonderful ability of restoring them to mint condition. Everything from the paint and body work to tearing down the engines and rebuilding them.

He loved and enjoyed his family very much and will be sorely missed by all that knew him well.

He is preceded in death by his mother Loyce (Duke) Wood his father Harvey Simpson grandmother Pauline (Potch) Wood Grandfather Jesse Wood, 3 uncles Ray Wood & Ben Stoner and Nathan Pointer.

3 Aunts, Phillis Pointer, Beatrice Wood and Carolyn (Tink) Stoner.

He is survived by 2 brothers, Vince, Barb Wood of Plymouth, IN Chad Wood of Argos, IN; Sisters Rhonda Wayland Mo, Dawn Robertson of MI; his aunt Janice who he referred to as mom who raised him from a small child; as well as several cousins, and nephews and 1 great nephew.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date TBD for the close family and friends.
