Stephanie Scott Bergman, age 43, passed away suddenly at home in West Palm Beach, FL, Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Stephanie was born March 2, 1972, in Plymouth, IN to Michael L. and Shirley A. (Smith) Bergman. She is survived by her parents in West Palm Beach, her step-grandmother, Dotty (Suprina) Smith, of Venice, FL, and her three sons: Zachary Kenneth Siar, Houston, TX; Nicholas Andrew Siar, San Antonio, TX; and Braeden Scott McCollum, Pensacola, FL. Stephanie was a world traveler before age two, as her father pursued a career in the Air Force. She grew up enjoying different states and cultures: Homestead, FL, Taipei, Taiwan, Colorado Springs, CO, Indianapolis, IN, and San Antonio, TX. There were times as well when she was able to live and attend St. Michael’s school in her hometown, Plymouth, IN. There, she had numerous friends and extended family members.
She spent several years in Alexandria, VA and Pensacola, FL working in the medical billing field. She attended Kaplan University. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: James B. and Rosemary E. (Scott) Bergman of Plymouth, IN and W. Gordon and Mildred V. (Pilversack) Smith of Lakeland, FL.
Inurnment services will take place Monday, October 26, 2015, 10:00 am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, 10941 Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
